Prepare a dip tank, with one (1) sachet per 32 - 50 oz (1 to 1 ½ litres) of water.
Soak grill or grate overnight and clean with hard bristled brush or scotchbrite.
Once clean, wipe it down with mixed solution and the next clean will be much easier.

Soak grill or grate overnight and clean with hard bristled brush or Scotch-Brite sponge.
Once clean, wipe it down with a mixed solution of regular concentration solution of Morris Green Clean.
The next clean up will be much easier.
IMPORTANT: Using Morris Green Clean on your grills and grates will not damage them, unlike many of the more caustic products on the market that eat away at the metal coatings.
Using caustic cleaners means that within a year or so you have to completely replace the grills and grates, that is not the case when using Morris Green Clean.
Restaurant Grease Filters
Use the same dipping tank concentration as above, one (1) sachet per 50 oz (1 ½ litres) of water, soak the grease-trap filter between one hour and overnight before agitating with non scratch brush and rinsing under running water.
Depending on how dirty the grease filters are, it can take a few hours for the Morris Green Clean to breakdown the grease.
IMPORTANT: with Morris Green Clean your grease filters will not be damaged unlike with many of the more caustic products on the market that eat away at the metal coatings on the grease filters.
