 Important: Morris Green Clean is suitable for doing your laundry, however it is not as economical as most environmentally-based laundry detergents.
In the event you have clothes that are very soiled, you can use a sachet of Morris Green Clean mixed in with your regular detergent to increase the cleaning power.
Note: Clothes made from silk are very delicate and require special attention.
We do not recommend using Morris Green Clean for cleaning your silk items.
Stains such as red wine, soda, coffee, grass, rust, etc. respond very well to Morris Powder.
Morris Green Clean has been tested and used on all types of clothing, but like all products we recommend you always do a small test for colourfastness.
We recommend that you first use a concentration solution of one (1) sachet mixed with 50 oz (1 ½ litres) of water (2 x 26 oz bottles) of Morris Green Clean.
If the stain is stubborn, then use a one (1) sachet to 26 oz (750 ml) of water concentration.
Spray the stained area thoroughly with Morris Green Clean solution and agitate by rubbing the cloth against itself or with a soft bristled brush.
Let penetrate for at least two (2) minutes before placing in wash water, and washing normally.
In some cases certain foods or liquids like beetroot may require a more concentrated Morris Green Clean.
We recommend that you spray the stained area with Morris Green Clean Solution and then apply Morris Green Clean grains directly to the stain.
Agitate the area by rubbing the cloth against itself or with a soft bristled brush.
Let penetrate for at least two (2) minutes before placing in wash water, and washing normally.
Then rinse the area thoroughly with clean water.
If the stain is still there repeat the process again and rinse well with clean water.
DO NOT rub delicate fabrics too hard, this may change the texture of your material.
Always use gentle circular motion.
